Service surcharge for tickets purchased on board the train

Purchasing a ticket in advance avoids additional costs

From 1 June 2024, a service surcharge of CHF 10 will be charged for purchasing tickets on board the train from all stations. To avoid these additional costs, we recommend that you purchase your ticket via the various online channels or at the ticket counter before boarding. You will find more information on how to purchase your ticket and on the introduction of the service surcharge on this page.
