Infomations about our Gift voucher
Since November 21, 2023, we now sell our vouchers through the e-guma platform. When you click on voucher links on our website, you will be redirected seamlessly. The process is straightforward: choose your voucher, make the payment, and conveniently print it at home. Alternatively, opt for postal delivery if you prefer your voucher in a more elegant packaging.
I purchased a voucher before the transition, what should I do now? All previously purchased vouchers that are still valid have been integrated into the new system and can, of course, continue to be used.
The value of the voucher is always visible. This is sometimes not appreciated when the voucher is a gift, but it does have an advantage: the voucher must not necessarily be used for the trip stated on the voucher but can be used for other purposes (also for train tickets).
Vouchers can be redeemed online without any problems: enter the code on your voucher in the relevant field (redeem voucher) when you conclude your booking.
You can conveniently order your voucher with the Print@Home option. After successful payment, you will receive it immediately via email and can print it yourself.
If you prefer a special packaging for your voucher, you can also choose postal delivery during the booking. For an additional charge of CHF 5.-, we will send you a beautifully designed voucher with a folding function.
If you would prefer the voucher to be redeemed on site this can be done at all MGBahn railway stations or the Visp and Brig stations.
If your questions have not yet been answered by our FAQ, the Customer Centre will be happy to help you.
