The places are limited. We recommend you to book in time, at least four days before the trip.
Cancellation If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we have to cancel the trip. In this case we will inform you in time. Cancellations on the part of the customer can be made free of charge up to four days before the trip.

Program 2024
Nathi Hänni-Stupf, an award-winning 39-year-old chef from Valais, has been the head chef and deputy head of hospitality at Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen since April 2022. The public Restaurant and Café Dorfmatt offers culinary highlights with fresh, regional dishes to both residents and external guests.
Hänni-Stupf began her career with culinary training in Thun and worked in Canada, Valais, and community catering. She achieved top placements in competitions such as the Swiss Culinary Cup and the Swiss SVG Trophy.
Together with Sous Chef Paul Lapeta, Hänni-Stupf creates delicious dishes daily, reflecting her passion and craftsmanship.

Unique Wines from the Three-Lakes Region
The Hämmerli Winery, based in Ins in the Three-Lakes Region, was established in 1984 and is now owned by Lorenz Hämmerli. This family-run business, which has been operated by four generations, now covers 13 hectares of vineyards. From planting the vines to selling the bottled wines, the Hämmerli Winery handles everything with great passion. Hämmerli regularly receives awards at national and international wine competitions for its flavorful and characterful wines.
The wines paired with the Seven-Course Menu from Exquisit Reisen & Speisen are expertly presented by Sommelier Urs Messerli, owner of the wine shop mille vins Gmbh.
Chiara Jacomet and Samir Rachide
Chiara Jacomet is a versatile artist comfortable in various musical genres. She is known as a jazz diva, electropop muse, and songwriter. Her powerful, dark-velvety voice is the hallmark of her music. Chiara loves transforming the music in her mind into songs and touching people with them, whether in Romansh or English. At 25, she has already performed on many prestigious stages, including the Open Air Val Lumnezia, Open Air Chapella, Jazzfestival St. Moritz, and Jazz Festival Liechtenstein. Most recently, she performed with her electropop duo "ladunna" at the Olympic Games in Paris.
Samir Rachide, a 27-year-old jazz trumpeter and flugelhornist from Flums SG, accompanies Chiara. Samir has been studying at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts since September 2021 and is active in various musical ensembles. Together, Chiara and Samir offer an impressive musical experience and leave the audience eager to see what the future holds for their collaboration.
